Our Team

Stuart is our man on the street. He’s out there talking to all you wonderful clients about everything and anything that Catalyst90 can do for you. With an awesome understanding of social media and the role it should play in business, Stuart gets a particular buzz out of tailoring a solution and getting a unique result for his client.

Stuart describes himself as a brave man, citing jumping out of a plane as one of the most exciting things he’s ever done. Also brave is the item at the top of his Bucket List: spending a couple of years travelling the world with two kids! 

Beckie is our resident strategy expert. She has amassed over thirteen years of experience in strategic development, marketing, communications and commercial management with a particular focus on technology, both online and offline. Her legal background often comes in handy too!

Entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in the Catalyst90 team and Beckie is no exception. She has been fortunate enough to work within multiple start-ups from a brand new State Owned Enterprise to a New Zealand-owned event ticketing business. She even started her own fashion styling business while on maternity leave with her children. Within Catalyst90, Beckie is invigorated by the energy and limitless possibilities that this budding business offers.

Our Product Manager has a not so secret ambition to be famous, but right now she is slowly taking over the world one Twitter account at a time. AJ is our in-house expert on Twitter and Facebook – there’s not too many jobs where you are actively encouraged to spend the day tweeting and Facebooking but AJ loves it!

AJ also manages our Tweet4YourTee business and is responsible for all our in-house design and web management. When she’s not tweeting at work, or studying towards her B.A., you’ll probably find her at home on Facebook!

Tom sure knows about wild and crazy ideas. He loves them. After all, he started Catalyst90 in the middle of a recession, with a wife and three kids to support! Part of what he loves about his job is being able to run with the big ideas and being able to make them happen for his clients, just like he has for himself. His fearless approach and awesome gut feel for what will work can make a real difference to your business. When he’s not secretly trying to take over the world or having a Nerf gun battle with his kids, Tom is dreaming up new and amazing ideas … He just never switches off. Imagine what an asset that mind could be on your team.

John has joined the Catalyst90 team as a consultant, providing the expertise and experience behind CatalystLive. CatalystLive brings a new dimension to social media interactivity by enabling our clients to live-stream their events directly into Facebook. John brings with him extensive and varied film experience, having worked in film direction and various audio roles for more than 30 years, and now John brings that experience to CatalystLive and Catalyst90 clients. In addition to his film experience, John also founded Virtual Katy Development Ltd (VKDL), a company specialising in media software development and marketing. VKDL is an award winning supplier to leading film companies globally.
