Catalyst90 Founder and CEO, Tom is a solutions-focused creative thinker with more than a decade of digital and social media marketing experience. This extensive background combined with his natural ability to think big, strategically and creatively makes him a bold leader at the helm of the Catalyst90 team. What he loves about his job is being able to run with the big ideas and being able to make them happen for his clients.

Stu is our man on the street. He’s out there talking to all our clients about everything and anything that Catalyst90 can do. With more than 18 years experience in sales and customer service, Stu has an awesome understanding of social media marketing and the role it should play in a business. He also gets a buzz out of tailoring a solution and getting a unique result for Catalyst90’s clients.

Beckie is our resident strategy expert. She has amassed more than 13 years of experience in strategic development, marketing, communications and commercial management with a particular focus on technology, both online and offline. She has been fortunate enough to work within multiple start-ups from a brand new State Owned Enterprise to a New Zealand-owned event ticketing business.

Jo starting with the team in April will be our resident marketing and communications expert, which means she scribes everything from the Catalyst90 blogs and newsletters to client copy to media releases. With more than seven years experience in journalism and corporate communications, you can also find Jo hosting Catalyst90’s Live Lounge.

As Creative Producer, AJ develops all things resourceful and inventive at Catalyst90. She is responsible for planning, designing and building the slick and dynamic digital media we dish out for our clients, as well as managing Catalyst90’s design projects. With more than two years experience designing in the digital media space, AJ has seen the role social media plays in marketing strategy rocket, but she always keeps one step ahead of it! AJ also manages Tweet4YourTee.

With more than three years of graphic design and digital illustration experience, Melvyn is our in-house designer who builds digital creations from the ground up for our clients. He specialises in animations, digital art and creating a lasting, visual impact for brands to ensure they dynamically communicate with their audiences.

John is our in-house film consultant, who provides the expertise behind CatalystLive. He brings an extensive and varied film experience, having worked in film direction and various audio roles for more than 30 years, including on project such as the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, the Hobbit and Tin Tin, to name a few. In addition to this, John also founded Virtual Katy Development Ltd (VKDL), a company specialising in media software development and marketing. VKDL is an award-winning supplier to leading film companies globally.
